Has Barack Obama used Twitter as Tissue Paper?

It has been no tweet since long time from newly appointed president of USA Barack Obama, the last tweet was made on 19th Jan 2009. The whole February was went quiet from him and it was quite disappointing for his 338,633 followers.

As a follower of a great leader people expect a lot more from him because he used Twitter for the election campaign regularly. Although he was not tweeting himself, there must be someone who used twitter on his behalf.

Is this a change of attitude after winning the election? or Is he too busy to use Twitter? ...

He can assign this small task to anyone who can tweet on his behalf if he is too much busy.

The common perception of Barack Obama about using twitter is developing that he used twitter for his election campaign only. If that's so, he should announce the reason for not using twitter publicly.
